Months ago Eater heard a rumor that Tar & Roses chef Andrew Kirchner had plans to open another restaurant near his two plus year old Santa Monica baby. And good news for Tar & Roses fans. Kirchner has claimed the old La Botte space about a block away. He's not sharing too many details yet but says that he'll have a full liquor license and that this new concept will be a departure from Tar & Roses. More to come.
