Gelateria Uli is the newest tenant within the Spring Arcade Building, a new frozen dessert cafe specializing in seasonal Italian gelato made daily in house. Uli Nasibova is behind the place, and she says to expect one to two more inventive flavors as well. During Sunday's launch she scooped pistachio, salted caramel, poblano, coconut lemongrass, and raspberry sorbet, among others at $2.50 a scoop or $4.75 for two scoops. There's also espresso drinks and drip coffee, which can be poured over ice cream for an affogato at $5.75.

Gelateria Uli joins the slew of new restaurants (some open, some still under construction) shacking up within the revitalized Spring Arcade Building like Guisados, Crepes Sans Frontiers, and newly announced BierBeisl Imbiss.
