Here's the first glance inside smoke.oil.salt, the Spanish restaurant and wine bar from Adam Fleischman and Perfecto Rocher (Lazy Ox) opening on April 22. Occupying the former Angeli Caffe, the place retains a robust, Old World sensibility with exposed brick, dark wood, and minimal, but tasteful embellishments. Drawing from Valencia and the Catalan region of Spain, Rocher is preparing a compilation of modern and traditional tapas, seafood specialties, as well as paella and Iberico hams. Hours will run 5:30 p.m. to midnight, with a late night menu and wine service until 1 a.m.
