Zinque Coffee and Wine Bar to West Hollywood in May

Zinque, Abbot Kinney's French boîte frequented for La Colombe coffee during the day and for natural wines at night, is set to open its sophomore effort across from the Pacific Design Center in place of Nishimura in May. Owner Emmanuel Dossetti is going for a lush, relaxed space with a tree-lined patio and an outdoor fireplace. Just like Venice, the bar will also serve a short list of open-faced tartines on Poilâne bread plus salads, quiche, panini, and more. Hours of operation will run Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 7:30 am. to midnight.
