La Dolce Vita at The Laemmle; Alex's Lemonade Lineup

SANTA MONICA— The Laemmle Theater on 2nd Street will undergo a much needed facelift beginning mid-May and when the movie house reopens in December it will house a restaurant called La Dolce Vita. Likely a reference to famous Fellini film of the same name. Based on the title, one would assume Italian cuisine, but theatre staff say the eatery will be French.
