Gear Up For Harvest Bar, a New Healthy Bowl Spot

Bowls are in, whether it's at Chego, ShopHouse, or Phorage. But, Harvest Bar in Sherman Oaks is presenting a different kind next week: healthy, snack versions using quinoa, acai, and pitaya. The latter is often called dragonfruit, but regardless, the concept from Aric Haut, Dustin White, and Chris Gors is poised to take over Ventura Blvd, along with two other TBA locations currently in the works. Bowls start with the aforementioned bases, then get loaded up with granola, fruits, and more, with no added sugar to be found. [EaterWire]
