Bowls are in, whether it's at Chego, ShopHouse, or Phorage. But, Harvest Bar in Sherman Oaks is presenting a different kind next week: healthy, snack versions using quinoa, acai, and pitaya. The latter is often called dragonfruit, but regardless, the concept from Aric Haut, Dustin White, and Chris Gors is poised to take over Ventura Blvd, along with two other TBA locations currently in the works.
