After the departure of Charlie Parker, Freddy Smalls has announced Victoria Yang as the restaurant's new chef de cuisine. Yang previously worked with Josef Centeno at Laxy Ox Canteen and had been cooking with Parker at Freddy Smalls for almost his entire tenure.
