More commotion on W. 3rd Street. St. Nick's Pub will be reformatted into a new farm to table organic spot this fall called Toca Madera. Word on the street is that AV nightclub partner Tosh Berman is behind the place. And, actually, that would make sense. Way back in 2011, Berman and AV partner Matt Bendik (now running the show at DBA) were planning to buy St. Nick's, but the deal eventually fell through. However, looks like it ended up working out after all, although Bendik is no longer part of the new project. More to come.
