New York-based organic burger chain Bareburger is expanding to an undisclosed location in Santa Monica this summer, per its website. This is a customizable burger joint where diners pick from a slew of burger toppings, then add a choice protein (elk, ostrich, buttermilk fried chicken) and vessel.
