Barman Greg DeBolt worked under Matthew Biancaniello during his Library Bar days, earning a following for his own creative cocktails made from farmers market ingredients. He was part of the opening bar crew at Blind Barber, and since then DeBolt has moved over to Vibrato Grill. As of April 16, DeBolt has overhauled Vibrato's cocktail menu, swapping in all his Library Bar drinks like the John Dillinger (dill, ginger, lemon, agave, gin) and Seriously Dangerous (tomato, basil, lemon, agave, whiskey).
