Ado in Venice is on the Market at $475k

New, 1 comment

This is surprising. Ado, Venice's cute yellow and white cottage of inspired Italian cuisine, is on the market after almost five years. Owner Paolo Cesaro and chef/partner Antonio Mure just recently spun out in Brentwood with Ado-branded eatery Adoteca, and the team also counts more casual sibling Casa Ado in Marina del Rey as a member of the family.

Ado spans 1,200 square feet plus a 600 square foot patio and the restaurant is equipped with a 41 beer/wine license. The sale price is $475k, monthly rent is $7,700. Reps for the restaurant say that Cesaro/Mure decided to downsize because Ado and Casa Ado were located so close by that the two were almost competing with eachother for business. Also, it's easier for Mure, a very hands-on chef, to control two kitchens instead of three. Want a piece of Ado? Contact this guy or call (310) 923-4972.
