Xandros is the Future Home of Newport Seafood Bev Hills

BRC Advisors, the real estate firm responsible for leasing out short lived Greek restaurant Xandros on La Cienega's restaurant row, confirms that Newport Seafood is the venue's next tenant.

A win for Los Angeles and especially those inhabiting Beverly Hills, Newport Seafood is set to be a game changer for the hood on a strip already meat-heavy from the likes of Lawry's, Fogo de Chão and The Stinking Rose. But, based on La Cienega versus San Gabriel rents, it's unclear how much management will have to raise "special" lobster prices.
