The Doughroom, which launched last July in Palms, is re-opening on April 28 for dinner service after a nearly two-month hiatus. Though initially a sort of New American/Mediterranean concept from the get go, it's now a more neighborhood friendly pizzeria and craft beer bar. Think pizza with fennel sausage and piquillo peppers, or wild mushrooms with marinaded onions. Also, snacks like spicy chicken wings, risotto balls, housemade pastas, and farmers market salads. Finally, large format pizzas for take out, as well as daily happy hour from 5-7 p.m. Derrick de Jesus' pop-up, MSG, is still planned for April 27.
