French market and cafe Monsieur Marcel has shuttered its year and a half old Beverly Hills operation. Windows are papered over and an attached note indicates that Monsieur Marcel signed out yesterday. But, the silver lining here is that popular wine and spirits shop Wally's is set to move in.
