Top Chef alum Alex Eusebio and wife Sara Mann Eusebio, owners of sunny bakery/cafe Sweetsalt in Toluca Lake, have secured a nearby space to launch their sophomore effort. Totally different in concept, Cascabel will manifest as a coastal Mexican restaurant and bar in place of the former D'Cache (also the restaurant which chef Phillip Lee cooked at before launching Scratch Bar).
