Paladar, the USC underground dining club launched in 2009 by students Robert Kronfli (Bacaro) and Alex Chang, is becoming a full bore restaurant out in Miami. Chang is a couple of months away from launching the place, but in advance of the debut, he's hosting an LA pop-up on May 1 and 2. The four course meal costs $50 a head and includes torchon of monkfish liver; and roasted carrots with mole and chicken skin. Seatings are at 7 and 9:15 p.m and Chang will disclose the dinner location to confirmed parties. [EaterWire]
