Delphine's Sascha Lyon Exits to Explore Solo Restaurant

Sascha Lyon, opening executive chef of Innovative Dining Group's Delphine at the W Hollywood, has split from the hospitality firm as of last Thursday. Lyon was also responsible for a recent menu revamp at IDG's Soleto Downtown.

LA Weekly chats with the chef and learns that he's looking for a small restaurant space, maybe on the westside, to serve a concise seasonal menu based on his French background. Prior to launch, Lyon is planning some pop-ups this summer.
