Japanese restaurant Osawa in Pasadena celebrates its first year of business with a new chef and sake on the house. Owner Sayuri Tachibe has hired sushi chef Seiji Nakano (Toranoko, Katana) to join opening kitchen chef Norio Yoshikawa. Also, drop by April 30 to May 30 for a comp glass of Jitsuraku Junmai sake.
