For the first time in almost 36 years, chef Tim Guiltinan of The Raymond in Pasadena has totally reworked the historic restaurant's longtime seasonal French-American eats. Tasting menus were a popular route of dining in the past, but the new, less formal bill of fare focuses on globally-influenced a la carte selections like Tandoori Cauliflower, Miso-Sake Glazed Hamachi Kama, and Roasted Duck.
