Two Hollywood nightclubs are on the market. My Studio, which dates back to David Judaken days (the property passed on to SBE when Judaken sold out to Sam Nazarian) and lasted longer than most LA clubs, is up for grabs at $1.8 million. The 5,100 square foot drinking den comes with an enclosed patio and a 48 license for alcohol and entertainment. Meanwhile, Eden (also originally a Judaken enterprise), which become Crimson and then retooled into Blok almost two years ago, is also for sale but not publicly disclosing its price. For terms ask this guy. But, the property is a big one at 10,200 square feet, with an enclosed patio, a 48 license, and a fully equipped kitchen for events and such.
