Those behind Panini Cosmopolitan Cafe want to take customers on a vacation to Cabo and the Mediterranean, according to the restaurant's website. This is the Westwood replacement for Campagnola Trattoria, looking to serve a mashup of Mexican and Mediterranean plates from reasonably priced quesadillas and tacos to pita wraps and kabobs. Flavored margaritas, too. Management is presently hiring staff so a debut should be a few weeks off. [ELA]
