Fred Eric Folds Tiara Cafe and D'elish Sandwich Shop

Fred Eric, chef/proprietor of Tiara Cafe and the newer next-door D'elish sandwich shop, has shuttered both establishments. Window signage at Tiara, his casual Fashion District eatery, reads: "Tiara cafe & D'elish sandwich shop Will no longer be serving this community, Thank you for 7 years of patronage. Eat healthier, diet less."

Tiara was once home to chef Gary Menes' Le Comptoir pop-up and then served as the play site for Nguyen and Thi Tran's Starry Kitchen Nights @ Tiara Cafe. D'elish was a newer endeavor launched last May with a sandwich menu co-created by chef Octavio Becerra (Circa). Eric still operates Fred 62 in Los Feliz.
