Stephen Kalt, who brought some normalcy and strong cooking to Caulfield's Bar and Dining Room at the SIXTY Beverly Hills (formerly the Thompson Hotel), has left the post as of April 1. No news yet on Kalt's next move, but the chef says that a new project is in the works. [EaterWire]
