Is Cedd Moses Building a Bar Inside Hotel Normandie?

Word on the street is that Cedd Moses, who really helped transform Downtown's bar scene via 213 Nightlife (Seven Grand, Honeycut), is again venturing outside of the bustling area to another hot part of town: Koreatown. This time, inside the newly remodeled Hotel Normandie, whose food and beverage options are still getting built out, but will include Cassell's Burgers and Gary Menes' Le Comptoir. At this point, PR flacks are remaining mum on the concept, but the bar should be ready some time later this year based on current construction.
