Welcome Milkfarm, a cutely appointed cheese, charcuterie, and sandwich shop smack dab in the middle of Eagle Rock on April 7. With clean white industrial lines and tastful hand-made wood finished furniture, Milkfarm brings a much-needed artisanal concept from Leah Park Fierro, who worked at Silver Lake Cheese Store for six years. The store features a slew of specialty cheeses like Landaff and Point Reyes, as well as expert salumi and more from Olympic Provisions in Portland.

Lunch commences tomorrow, offering sandwiches made from Bread Lounge products, with more composed salads and more on the way next week. Also Fierro says that beer and wine, which will be served on and off-site, will be available pending permits. Hours run 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and until 5 p.m. on Sundays.
