Chef Phillip Lee of Scratch Bar loves to welcome in guest chefs and next up Pajo Bruich formerly of Enotria Restaurant in Sacramento hits the La Cienega eatery for a 10-course chef's counter dinner priced at $111. Bruich is preparing plates like beef tartare with crispy tendon, egg yolk and capers and a Thai-flavored ribeye cap. Dates run April 12, 22, 28, 29 and May 5 and 6. [ELA]
