SANTA MONICA— Third St. Promenade is celebrating 25 years with a slew of events through the summer, including Picnic at the Promenade. On Fridays starting May 16, residents and office workers can relax in the middle of the street with a special outdoor dining area. On evenings starting July 11, they'll be showing movies. [ELA]
