Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

LA Mag puts together this handy guide to oyster prices (plus happy hour deals) around town in a nifty, data-centric table. The list gets topped off by Republique, which charges around $3.50 for an oyster (based on a per-dozen price) down to Mariscos Jalisco's paltry $1.00 fee. And apparently the oysters at Mariscos Jalisco are more than edible. [LA Magazine]
