Valentino's Italian Bento Box; AYCE Pancakes at A-Frame

SANTA MONICA—Valentino is doing a new $25 four-course "bento box" of dishes presented at the Vin Bar that changes nightly. Called "Il Quadrifolgio," think Apulian salad with burrata, mushroom tortino with saffron fonduta, potato gnocchi with pesto, and rabbit cacciatore.
