BO Beau Kitchen + Rooftop, that expansive spanning eatery in Long Beach, is officially open today on 144 Pine Avenue. Founded by David Cohn, who runs a string of restaurants in Hawaii and San Diego, it replaces Smooth's Sports Grille. [Gazettes]
