Sushi 101, Undergrind, Zinc, and More Coming Soon

1) Vegan Crepe on Robertson and Olympic lasted just over a year before shutting down this past March. The small restaurant space will become Sushi 101 this summer, offering a menu with grab-and-go as well as dine-in options. [EaterWire]
