That's a quick flip. After IDG abandoned Chi-Lin as a failed high-end Chinese spot in West Hollywood (adjacent to their RivaBella), John Terzian, Brian Toll, and h.wood Group (Hooray Henry's, SHOREbar, Bootsy Bellows) is taking over as Blind Dragon. Slated to open in August, Phillip Cumins and Lee Maen (who are involved with IDG) will also be silent partners in the venture. Makes sense since Chi-Lin shares a kitchen with RivaBella. Wouldn't want any cooks from two concepts fighting in the same kitchen. The Blind Dragon bit - are they planning to bring any Game of Thrones flavor into the space? Developing...
