Here's the first sneak look inside Petit Trois, posted by Ludo Lefebvre on his Instagram account over the weekend that reveals a prim, classic Parisian bistro with dark wood accents, black and while tiled linoleum floors, and granite countertops. According to the chef, they're looking at about a month before Petit Trois, the most hotly anticipated restaurant opening for 2014, finally debut next to its older brother, Trois Mec. Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are also partners in the project along with the French chef.

Lefebvre's also been busy tweeting and Instagram his menu planning, such as a near perfect looking poulet roti (roasted chicken) chock full of herb butter under the skin while the chef remarked upon other classic French bistro dishes as the kind of fare that will hit the menu. Also, browned potatoes, wines, cocktails, and more in the rather smallish space that feels right at home in a random strip mall in L.A. It's the kind of simple cuisine that Ludo has never really done on a regular basis, but that will likely dazzle his myriad fans.
