American Tea Room, that tony tea shop and boutique in Beverly Hills, is opening a second location in Arts District. Quite a departure from the comfy confines of the Golden Triangle, but the massive new tasting room and tea garden lounge should be ready to open in the quickly gentrifying Downtown neighborhood by November.
