The never-opened Ike's Sandwiches, which is no longer affiliated with the successful chain in the Bay Area, is being sued by their landlords for not ponying up any rent. Said rent was apparently $18,000 a month on the 1,100 square foot space, which is close to highway robbery. [Daily Bruin]
