Big fancy hipster coffee shops are apparently still in vogue in L.A. Here's The Classic Coffee, a fishbowl of an espresso bar serving Intelligentsia Coffee boasting an expansive floorspace, minimal decor (though the potted plant wall is nifty), and bow-tie donning baristas. For drinks, pourover drip coffee and standard issue cappuccinos and more. Also, plenty of seating and even plugs for laptop warriors. Currently open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and until 10 p.m. on weekends.
