Alan Nathan, one of the original guys who built up Hollywood to what it is today, is back in the restaurant game after years of staying under the radar. This time, the Tengu and Ivar developer is taking over the old Book Soup Bistro on the corner of Holloway and Sunset inside the Ticketmaster Building.
