The old Omelette Parlor on Main Street, which had been open since 1967 only to close last December, is getting replaced by a new concept held by Bare California, LLC. But the place will boast a full 47 liquor license, always a rare commodity in Santa Monica. No word on opening, but it'll probably need a pretty complete build out. [EaterWire]
