Trancas Country Mart Welcomes Two New Eateries

More restaurant options are popping up in Malibu including Antonio Alessi's (Tra Di Noi), Mangia, an Italian countryside eatery. It will be north, past the popular Zuma Beach in the brand new Trancas Country Mart. This restaurant will be similar to Tra Di Noi but a little more casual with a full liquor license and wood fire pizzas. While they were scheduled to open mid-June, Mangia has been pushed back to September because of permits. Once the doors open, they'll serve lunch and dinner.

Another option will be Farmhouse Cafe, which will open soon as an American style sit-down concept that will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with take-out options, great for a quick pick me up for the beach or when stuck in traffic heading back into to L.A. this Summer.

The Trancas Country Mart "will be the ultimate reflection of western Malibu's unpretentious lifestyle, showcasing mostly local retail stores, an open-air commons, cafes..." Hopefully, this means more budget-friendly options while dining in the 'Bu. More info on The Trancas Country Mart on their website. — Keyla Vasconcellos
