Tender Greens Burbank Debuts June 2; Jinya's New Menu

BURBANK—Tender Greens is bringing their salad, sandwich, and hot plate combo to the Burbank Town Center on June 2. A falafel salad is the special menu item that'll only be available here, which comes with red little gem lettuce, tomato, cucumber, parsley, yogurt, and olive oil. [EaterWire]
