Here's a unique eatery that opened recently in Toluca Lake at 4141 Lankershim Blvd: Fortyone Fortyone, an oddly named Scandinavian restaurant serving everything from gravlax to Swedish meatballs to poutine (which is a Canadian dish). So while it's not a strictly Scandinavian, the early words have been pretty positive. [EaterWire]
