Ktown's Celebrated So Kong Dong Shifts to Little Tokyo

A few weeks ago, when a tipster lamented the closure of So Kong Dong, one of the best soon tofu, or silken tofu stew, specialists in Koreatown, it was disturbing to hear because the place had just recently expanded to its adjacent slot in the strip mall. That move was caused mainly by a fire that occurred last Thanksgiving. Today, news that So Kong Dong has resurfaced in the Little Tokyo Market Place across from Manna BBQ as of early April. Fans of the tofu stew and cold soybean noodles, which are perfect as the weather gets warmer, will now have to hike over to Downtown.
