No More Four Oaks Revival, Building Up For Sale Again

A tipster sends in this photo of Four Oaks, the classic Hollywood Hills restaurant that was supposed to re-open after years of dormancy. Instead, nothing seems to have happened since last July, when landscape designer Robert Walsh and Sandra Costa supposedly signed a 20-year lease on the building.

The property was previously on the market for $3.5 million, with plans to renovate it in about six months into an Italian/Mediterranean "plant-to-plate" concept. Do you know what's going on with Four Oaks other than the sale of the building? Tips welcome here.
