BEP Vietnamese Pops Up at Picnik; Jordan Kahn on Vice

BEVERLY HILLS— Jordan Kahn of Red Medicine gives a lengthy sermon on Munchies about how it's impossible to find good cooks. Most of it is a tirade against the aspirational generation of cooks who find the industry glamorous. Best line: "Wolfgang Puck, the guy who invented celebrity chefs?
