The late Bistro Laurent, which closed unceremoniously after attempting to gain new life through an Indian pop-up, is being replaced by Cafe Cirroc, a hookah bar and cafe that previously occupied a space in Playa Vista. Owned by one Cirroc Lofton, the business entity is currently listed on the California State Business search as the new replacement at Laurent's old digs on Sepulveda. Other than that, no update on when Cafe Cirroc would commence service. [EaterWire]
