The Original Farmer's Market is now serving a slew of concepts inside Terminal 5 at LAX, comprised of Loteria Grill and Monsieur Marcel, but also local classics like T&Y Bakery, Coffee Corner, Magee's Nuts, Bennett's Ice Cream, Magic Nut and Candy, The Dog Bakery, and Dragunara Spice Bazaar. Not sure who needs to be taking spices and nuts from L.A. to some other part of the country, but it's all there if travelers need. Apparently the smaller "vendors" aren't really stalls, but just small retail sections.
Though tipsters have been writing in to say that the Farmer's Market has been serving for weeks now, the grand opening occurred this morning at 10 a.m. to crowds of visitors. Just one more reason to fly out of LAX these days.
