Las Vegas' SLS, which will host a slew of L.A. based eateries and concepts, is now slated to debut on August 23, a week earlier than the proposed Labor Day opening. Included L.A. concepts: Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, Katsuya, Cleo, Umami Burger, 800 Degrees Pizza, The Griddle Cafe, as well as nightlife spots The Sayers Club and Foxtail. [~ELV~]
