Carnitas El Momo, the highly lauded carnitas specialist that's been one of the only "artisanal" purveyors of slow-fried pork parts by "tacorazzo" Bill Esparza, is expanding its reach. First, they launched Thursday and Friday service at 1010 N. Soto (on Pomeroy). Now comes word that El Momo will serve at Mariachi Plaza in Boyle Heights on Tuesdays from 5 p.m., with eventual service at CBS Studios on Fridays. [Midtown Lunch]
