Mad Bull's Tavern Dunzo, Murph's Service Station Next Up

One more from the realms of the lower Valley: Mad Bull's Tavern, is now officially dunzo, with plans from owner Richard DiSisto (Tipple & Brine, Tunnel Bar) to convert into a spot called Murph's Service Station. With a name like that, it's hard to expect a gastropub similar to Culver City's Ford's Filling Station, but that remains to be seen. A re-opening for the space is expected to occur by mid-August, meaning a quick turnaround for food-hungry Sherman Oaks.
