Here is Simply Raw, a swell new cafe on the corner of 6th and Broadway in Santa Monica, adjacent to the newish CiBOTECA. Officially open on June 16, the spic-and-span interior feels cozy and nook-like, a respite from the bustle outside. Sip on Rejuiced cold-pressed juice or pick at a fresh, raw salad made with macadamia ricotta, tomatoes, and balsamic dressing. For the morning, coffee and tea, as well banana nut granola to fuel the day . Open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
